CANCELLATION POLICY
❌Confirming your appointment is a must❌ _________________________ ⭕️ Your hair must be washed thoroughly (no oils, leave in conditioners, gels, etc.), completely dry (any damp hair that requires me to blow dry will have a $15 blow dry fee so make sure you do it correctly to save both our time),and lastly 6 inches all around if getting braided. Anything shorter will be cancelled and charged. _______________________________ • Cancellations/Rescheduling must be made within 24HR'S BEFORE APPOINTMENT or you will be charged . This respectful courtesy will result in you being able to book towards your next appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service and you will be able to reschedule. NO CALL NO SHOW WILL BE CHARGED AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BOOK AGAIN. •AFTER 10 mins of being late your appointment gets CANCELLED and you will be charge the 50% of the service cost . Even if your one min over your appointment is canceled . Not up for discussion ! _______________________________ • No plus ones , no exceptions. • Only parent (1) of client being serviced is allowed to attend and must wait in our waiting area, not near service chair. Please be respectful of other guests in salon and salon owner by coming in without any “smoke” odor of any kind. If it is a heavy smoke odor, you will be asked to leave and charged a cancellation fee. Thank you!
